Unless stated otherwise, the following content on www.fundatrendka.com is owned by or licensed to FundaTrendKa and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and international intellectual property laws. © 2026 FundaTrendKa. All rights reserved.

• the text of our lists, guides, curator notes and articles, written or edited by our team, including text prepared with the help of software tools;
• our rankings and BuyScores, and the selection and arrangement of products in our lists, guides and look boards;
• photographs, graphics and videos that we create or commission;
• the design of the site, and the FundaTrendKa name and logo.

Product information and images. Product names, images, descriptions and specifications belong to the brands, sellers and stores that own them, including where they appear within our look boards. We use them to identify, review and link to the products we recommend, as permitted by the relevant stores and affiliate programmes or as otherwise allowed by law. We do not claim ownership of them, and will remove or replace any of them at the owner's request.

Trademarks. Brand and store names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify their products and services. Their use does not mean that the owner endorses FundaTrendKa, or that we are connected to the owner beyond any affiliate programme described in our Terms & Conditions.

Other sources. When we refer to reviews, guides or other published sources, we link to them and quote only short extracts with credit. Product facts and specifications are stated for information. We do not reproduce other publishers' reviews or articles.

You may, without asking us:

• view, bookmark and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use;
• share links to our pages anywhere, including on social media;
• quote a short extract with clear credit to FundaTrendKa and a link to the page.

You need our prior written permission to:

• copy, republish or adapt our lists, guides, rankings, images or other content, in whole or in substantial part, in any medium;
• scrape or bulk-download content or data from the site, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models or build a competing product or service;
• use our content, name or logo for any commercial purpose;
• present our content, or any edited version of it, as your own.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email fundatrendka@gmail.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line, and include:

• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a description of the work or mark you own, and evidence that you own it or are authorised to act for its owner;
• the exact web address (URL) of the content on our site;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

We will acknowledge your notice within 24 hours. If it is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content expeditiously, and in any case within 15 days. Where appropriate, we will inform the person who supplied the content so they can respond.

If you believe content was removed by mistake, or that you have the right to use it, write to fundatrendka@gmail.com with the URL, the reasons for your belief and your contact details. We will review your counter-notice and may restore the content if the original claim is not substantiated, unless a court orders otherwise.

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Please make sure your notice or counter-notice is accurate. Knowingly misrepresenting that content infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, may result in legal liability.
