These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.fundatrendka.com, its pages, accounts and features (the "site"), operated by FundaTrendKa ("FundaTrendKa", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy and Editorial Policy form part of these Terms.

FundaTrendKa publishes curated gift lists, styling guides, looks and product recommendations, and offers features such as wishlists and occasion reminders. We are not a seller or marketplace. We do not sell, stock, ship, deliver, install or accept returns for any product. When you buy a product, you buy it from a third-party store, and your purchase is a contract between you and that store, on the store's terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and to keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• If you add details of other people, such as a family member's birthday, you confirm that you are entitled to share them for gift planning and reminders, and you will add only what is necessary.
• You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Many links to stores on the site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission from the store or affiliate partner. This never increases the price you pay. We disclose this on pages that contain such links.

FundaTrendKa is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.in. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in other affiliate programmes and networks.

Our recommendations, rankings and BuyScores are decided by our editorial team using the criteria in our Editorial Policy. Whether or how much commission a link earns does not influence whether a product is listed or where it ranks, and placements in our lists cannot be bought.

The site may display advertising. Advertisements and any sponsored or paid content will be clearly labelled as such and kept separate from our editorial recommendations.

Prices, availability, offers, images, specifications and other product details are provided by stores and brands and may change at any time. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it. The price and terms shown by the store when you place your order apply. They are not a warranty of quality, safety, authenticity, fit or suitability for your purpose. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of third parties. • use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to harass or harm anyone;
• copy, scrape, crawl or extract the site's content or data in bulk, or use it to build a competing service or train artificial-intelligence models, without our written permission (indexing by search engines is permitted);
• interfere with or disrupt the site, its security or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• generate automated, artificial or fraudulent traffic or clicks, including on affiliate links;
• upload or send spam, malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights;
• impersonate FundaTrendKa or any person, or falsely imply that we endorse you or your products.

If you send us suggestions, feedback, product recommendations or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the site. We will not publish your personal details without your permission.

The site and its original content, including text, lists, rankings, BuyScores, guides, looks, photographs, graphics, design and the FundaTrendKa name and logo, are owned by or licensed to FundaTrendKa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, share links to and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission. The site is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, the price, billing and cancellation and refund terms will be shown to you before you pay, and those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or always up to date, or that reminders and alerts will always be delivered on time. Please do not rely solely on the site for important dates or decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, FundaTrendKa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from products or services bought from third parties, third-party websites, or changes to prices or product information. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of ₹1,000 and the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify FundaTrendKa against reasonable losses, costs and expenses arising from a third-party claim caused by your fraudulent or unlawful use of the site, or by your deliberate breach of the acceptable-use rules in these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the site, our users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, will continue to apply.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. For material changes, we will notify signed-in users by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, including the right to approach a Consumer Commission, the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site.

• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
• No waiver: a failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business, without reducing your rights.
• Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
