About this gift
Nike's Downshifter 14 is the cardio shoe in this list, for the man who starts on the treadmill before moving to weights. The listing says the midsole has more cushioning than the previous version, the upper is an open-hole mesh for breathability, a midfoot band locks the foot in, and the outsole is non-marking. The black colourway stays in the monochrome palette. Wear it with the Decathlon Domyos Quick Dry track pants and the ADIDAS Train Essentials tee for a treadmill-and-circuit session, or with the Decathlon gym shorts and H&M DryMove top for a run before the gym floor.
